I’ve known Monica for about 5 years now through work, and so I was deeply humbled when she called me and said she’d like me to be her wedding photographer. She had this amazing vision for shooting in a studio, and told me about Mint Room Studios / Preto Loft, and she had found one of the rooms that really suited the look and feel she was going for, so I was completely down and so we planned for it. After planning for a few weeks, we did the shoot and I absolutely loved how the photos turned out. Monica and James were SO fun to work with and so natural, it made it really easy to capture the photos. Monica was full of great ideas, and I especially liked the massive balloons she brought in because they simply scream fun and worked so well for the photos. Monica looked dazzling in not 1, but 2 amazing dresses she bought for this shoot! James’ attire was on point as well, and together, they just looked amazing.

After the shoot at Preto Loft, we headed over to Osgoode Hall for a few pictures there, all of which turned out exactly how I had envisioned them! But by then, the sun was scorching and it happened to be one of the hottest days of this summer, at 30 degrees with a humidity that felt like 39 degrees, so we shot a few amazing pics and called it a day.

Really humbled and fortunate I had the opportunity to capture their memories – thanks for having me as part of your journey!
